branch adapter drop ship question

Hey Roger, I got the temp controller 7028/3, but I thought I was supposed to get the branch adaptor through you as well...did that get shipped before your little soiree off to Germany?? Thanks, Chuck.

Yes, a few days before the temp controller left. I don't know if it went to your house or your business but it went out on a Tuesday I believe immediately after MD sent the PO. I can't check from here but it is a small piece and would have been in a fairly small box. It went UPS. Check with MD they should have the invoice and I put the tracking number on every invoice. I believe we did the temp controller to your office, and if I remember correct the branch adapter went to your home address, that I have used in the past.

OK, something went wrong then cause I never got the branch adaptor. I hope it didn't go to my old home address...I moved a couple a months ago.....

This is likely the case as UPS software autoformats the address by the name. I am very sorry. It is likely UPS will return it to me and I will ship out another when i return, maybe Marine Depot has one if this is unacceptable. I seem to recall they stocked one before I left.
I will call them later and see what can be done. I can send another next monday.

Well it actually depends on how soon I can get a multicontroller. I don't need the branch adapter of I get a multicontroller soon....

The electrician has about 6 units for me I was told. These are built by hand and so having just finished building ten 6100 Streams earlier today myself, I have a new respect for what this means. A TS24 has a cumulative total of 4.5 man hours of labor and the pump is tested twice, four people build a pump one after the other, each checking the last ones work before proceding to the next step. The lady who asembles the drive unit may take a pump apart 3-4 times and reassemble it after subtle modifications before she is satisfied that it is silent. The multicontroller is entirely hand soldered by one man. I now completely understand all the delays, it is really unbelievable to work on the assembly line yourself. I will try my best that one of these units gets to you and a new board design that is made by a machine is due in a couple weeks so then we will have plenty of multicontrollers.

cool so maybe I dont take the branch adaptor, and just get a multicontroller instead.....any more 6000's on the way?

I saw a big pile of stuff for USA, it looked like a lot of 6100 and a couple dozen Osmolators- I would think I might get some, they were going to pack them tomorrow but I don't want to be a pest, I am sure they will hand me a packing list when they are done. I will let you know.

OK, for sure the branch adaptor went to the wrong address. I just got a UPS notice forwarded to me about --no such person at this address. I'm going to have UPS return it to sender and tell MD that I want a multicontroller instead.

No problem, I talked to joseph yesterday and it seemed like they had no problem doing this. Thanks- it is very helpful that you got it squared away with UPS.

When you get back let me know if you got the branch adapter back. Joseph at MD seemed fine w/the situation. I imagine it'll be back by now....the UPS notice I got was forwarded from my old address, so the thing probably got sent back to you by now.
