Branching Duncan growth?

I have had a WWC neon green branching Duncan frag in my tank for over a year now. While it has more than doubled in the amount of heads it has grown some in height, but only about half of what a euphilia the same size has grown in the same time period. I feed all LPS twice a month.

I'm just wondering if they start shooting up after a period of time similar to an SPS stag or how long it will take it to get any height. Is upward growth affected by high flow at all - I have more flow than the average tank - WP60s and a hammerhead with OM 4way CL.

I see duncans in stores that have awesome branches and growth like what you're looking for but have yet to see it happen in a hobbyist tank. They pretty much just get fatter and put on more heads but don't branch to the extremes they do in the wild.
