Brand new 280 might have to sell...

The house i was renting with the folks might go up for sale now. Owner said he is thinking about selling. Will know in about two weeks. Not sure what is going to happen but my big tank plans have been put on hold not knowing i will have to get my own apt or try to find another house to rent. So i might have to sell my brand new acrylic 280 "72x30x30" external overflow blue back 3/4 acrylic made by socalcreations. Its brand new still has the acylic paper on it. Have matching stand and canopy 72x30x36 for stand and the canopy is 16 inches tall. Also have custom sump also made my socalcreations model g of melevs website... 50x22x18.. Also comes with Brand new Asm g4x skimmer with both recirc mod with maxijet 1200 and gate valve mod.

Since everything is brand new i would like to get close to what i paid for, but still try to give a good deal asking $4,000 for everything.

I will also throw in the bulk heads and brand new two 1.5 durso standpipes, brand new mag 18 and 25' of 1/2 inch tubing for free.

Only pictures i have is of the tank camera got stolen so stand and sump pictures are missing. The overflow teeth were made to handle 1500gph for 5 times the system volumne.

I know wasent expecting to move for another 2 years but the owner is now thinking on selling and i just can't imagine me carrying this thing around with me from place to place til i get settled again.

yeah but still kinda sucks now everything has been put on hold but if i can get it sold for somewhat i paid for maybe by the beging of next year i cant get a new tank. We werent planning on moving for another two years.

good news i found out yesterday that i will be able to keep my setup, but i will still have to move...all that means just have to wait a little longer until i get enough money to finish the setup. sorry sale is off.

yeah i was bummed for a while and to think of what it would cost to get a new one later and what i money i would lose by selling it i was really bummed but not the case anymore. Hopefully in a few months have it up and running and will be able to keep you guys posted.
