Brand New 6125 Stops Intermittently

Roger,

I have a new Tunze Turbelle Stream 6125 that intermittently stops a couple of times each day. The pump is new, so there isn't any buildup on the impeller or shaft. I have taken the pump apart for cleaning and I have not noticed any obstructions.

Can you please swap the pump out for me?

I can send a new impeller, this would be 99% chance this is all it is, it likely fits too tight. Also, be sure the pump is not being used on a wave maker, they are not designed for any use besides continuous operation with a few on and off cycles per day for feeding for example. Just forward me a copy of the receipt. Tunze at sbcglobal dot net.
