Brand New 6200 Problem

Less than 48hrs old 6200 Stream is alarming. It ran fine at first... now the impeller won't turn over and the driver unit is alarming when the controller tries to turn it on or if it's already on and it surges to high flow.

Took the unit apart, no sand/gravel jamming things up. There is a bubble in the light gray membrane that lines the impeller housing in the motor block. (That is not present on my other 3 streams).

Place I bought it from won't issue and RMA until TunzeUSA tries to resolve the issue.

Help please!

looks like mine lol...1 day old and the insides of my 6100 has blisters and wont work!

I think you will find other threads on this subject. Apparently there was a screwup in the plastics factory.
