Brand new MP 60 DOA

I just got the pump. It will spin up for about a minute then is will shut down and lash red and green?? Wet side problem?

Kris,

Please make sure you are using the correct spacer for your aquarium. Also, check to make sure the wetside is spinning freely because a red/green flashing will indicate a stall error. If you continue to have issues, please call into our service department and have the serial number ready.
