I'm in the process of setting up my first SW tank...a 150gal mixed reef. I have a 30gal tank laying around I can turn into a good Q-tank.
According to your article anything that's wet, you'd quaratine. And again, according to your article you recommended a sponge filter that would run in a sump that could be pulled on a moments notice and put into the q-tank.
My issue is that both display and q-tank are being set up at the same time. There is no mature tank water or sponge filter sitting in a sump so what should I do?
