Buyer Beware --- I sent this seller a payment on 9/3 for the Neptune controller listed here on RC. Seller PM'd me on 9/6 saying he was going to ship on Thursday and would supply tracking number. I PM'd him on 9/9, 9/11 and emailed on 9/10 and 9/11. No replies.
