breaking down 55 reef

with my 125 up and running i have not had time to really maintaine the 55 the way i wanted. so what i am going to do it break it down clean it up and start a fish only tank.

here is some stuff that has to go.
*the livestock must go first
4" - hippo tang
cleaner skunk shrimp
3" coral beauty angelfish
1 - ocellaris clown with green neon anemone (must go together)
1 - copperbanded butterfly (might be putting him in my 125)

coral:
the giant colt (it would make sweet frags)
Green maze brain
Sun ployps
green button polyps
orange zoos
multicolor zoos (white, pink, green all on one rock)
red mushrooms
donut coral

somewhere around 85lbs of live rock, some have polyps on them from growth.

after that i am wanting to get rid of some stuff.
1 - Coralife super skimmer rated up to 125
i might be getting rid of the 55 because i want it drilled, so if i can get a drilled one or drill it for cheap that is what i will do.
1 - over flow box
1 - 900 maxi jet

as long as it's not tempered, i can drill it and make an overflow for it for $25 (for the acrylic, bulkhead,...).
