Breaking Down My FOWLR

I want to start breaking down my 95 gallon wave tank (no time for it) and I was wondering if you all think I should just leave it circulating water until I find buyer or if should totally clean it out before any sale.

My big concerns are two-fold: (1) would any prospective buyer want to see that it doesn't leak and (2) would I actual risk it forming leaks if I let it sit dry until it sells (can't sell it now because there's no access to the back sliders until all this white stuff goes away)

TIA for any advice.

Jeff

When I sold the 125 I left the water running,
If you have access to a sink or toilet a 1" hose will empty it fast.
Doubtful a leak would form dry with silicone.

Jeff I would leave it running for awhile a prospective buyer would be reassured that it holds water. .. But after a few weeks I would consider emptying it with no sale in the immediate future.

Thank Guys,

Leaving it up is really no big deal. I am going to start the dismantling and cleaning process up in the meantime this way all is ready to go when the eventual FS thread goes up.

Regards,
Jeff
