Breakout Box Acting Weirded

I have sw1-3 set up and 4-6 don't have anything connected. Started from last night I keep getting email alerts. I opened my fusion app this morning and see sw4 jumping between open and close. Why is it doing that? And I didn't even set up email alert for sw4 and why I keep getting them? Anyone ran into this before?

the ground connection may be loose.

check if its dry, I had a drop of sw from a random splash cause it to go nuts
