Hi fish_nemo-
please do a search for the individual species. you'll find great threads on breeding these fish your asking about.
Next, I would start slow- consider doing banggais cardinals (the common name for P Kauderni) and clownfish first. Once you get your feet wet w/ fry foods and growouts, then consider moving to very challenging species like mandarins.
Lastly, start at the top of this forum w/ the sticky entitled "microfoods"- read it.... once you master these foods you'll be well on your way to breeding fish.
Oh right ....Banggais cardinals

Hi

Thanks for the links! i am going with a indo-pacific theme and only getting fish/corals/inverts from indo-pacific why should i change the cardinals around?

Doesnt matter stupid mistake, i thought you where suggesting another specie but when i did some recearch i got what i was origionally looking for! OOPS!

yup guess that link doesn't work.
Please do a search for my name and the breeders registry and you'll find the original article from 95. BTW, it was the first ever report of successful breeding of these fish, and while some of the stuff doesn't hold water (like being able to sex these fish-which BTW you CANT). Most of it is still very useful
