They always do... they just become fish and coral food... unless you have a separate tank to breed them in and want to stress of having to rear inverts.....
Shrimp spawning is fairly common in many species, but the young are difficult to raise. As was said above, you will have to dedicate another setup to raising the babies if you would like any of them to survive. I've got a pair of them too that has had several eggs. I haven't even bothered to raise them because all the information I have read about them indicate that they all die around the 26th day. You will have much better luck with peppermint shrimp so my advice is to try them out. Either way best of luck and if anyone has had any sucess with raising them to adults please post. Thanks.
Talk about breeding I wish I had the time/money to breed my dragon gobies as they spawn a lot in my tank but just become fish/coral food like my cleaner shrimp eggs.
