- how are you liking the jebao return pump?
- check your mag with that blue treasure it had my mag ridiculously high

Hey mate,
I am located in Inner city of Brisbane.
The jebao return pump is silent and I can't hear it. Very good price and it has been reliable so far. If it last 2 years, that is all I am asking of it. Usually something better will come along. I have a spare things such as return pump on stand-by.

Blue treasure sps salt I have been using since 2015 when it first came on the scene in Australia. Alot of reefer at the time was saying don't buy it because it is cheap quality Chinese made salt.
Only 1 box that I had was bad in that time of 2 years, told my supplier and they send me new box free of charge.
The magnesium is high on the 1450ppm but that is good in my eyes as I rarely dose magnesium solution...
Its not like I do water change anyway, so it doesn't really matter. :spin1:

We sound a lot alike with our view of reefing. I like jebao and marine sources stuff everyone tells me to stay away from the Chinese equipment but when it hasn't failed me yet I keep doing it.

Yeah that's true with the blue treasure, I went to Red Sea coral pro but the alk was just way too high! When my new tank is up and running I'm going back to collecting my own NSW again

Nice work on the new house and new tank. Everton Park isn't too far away 8km from the CBD. Falls right in the middle ring.

Yeh man, I'm following your thread now I've noticed it. Always looking for local reefers can get in on group buys and frag swaps!

If you don't mind me asking where are you finding some of these?? I've been to 100% reef safe, reef secrets. Have never seen some of these in shops or anyone's tanks around here.

Just need to be quick about it.
Keen eyes to spot them. LOL
They aren't usually nice corals to begin with.
Some are really nice... but usually get sold quick.

Add bacteria that eats Nitrate - 20 grams.

Corals are looking great! Can I ask what bacteria (eg brand) you used here?
