bristle worm trap?

does anyone have a bristle worm trap that I could borrow for a little while?

or any other suggestions on how to get some very large ones out of my 220, I have heard baited panthose may work but have not tried that yet.

I have seen one stretch out about 10" from a rock and did not see the other end still inside the rock.

I have also seen a different looking one after research it is called a fire worm about as big around as a pencil, but only saw about 4" of it coming out from under a rock
