Bristleworm ID. Very Wierd Looking!

I have finally managed to get a reasonable photo of what i think is a bristleworm.
I would appreciate any input anyone else has regarding this creature.
Including whether or not i should be trying to remove it as it is now a minimum of 2 1/2 inches long. Probably more as it has never fully come out.
It's diameter is about 5mm wide!

With the feelers around it's mouth it looks like something from a Sci-Fi or Horror movie! :)

you're gonna want to get him out. there's a thread on here if you search where a guy made a pretty good trap for them.

Update on Bristle Issue.

We got it out of the tank and glad i did too!
It's HUGE! Approx. 20cm.
But unfortunately we have lost a Seahorse, don't know if this was the culprit as there is no evidence anywhere in the tank.
It's like it grew wings and flew away!!??

But a worm this size in an aquarium of our size can't be good!

Let's not forget about Barry

Just saw that one.....WOW!
We have lost a few corals too. Ones that were doing fine one day and gone the next!?
They were placed near the hole for this guy too.....hmmmm.
Was blaming the tank or the fish, but it did seem odd that all the other corals around the tank seemed fine.

Thanks everyone!
