As far as i could see it on the pic, yes harmless bristleworm (Eurythoe sp.).

The bristle worm is harmless. I would really take some time to get rid of the algae though. There is a lot on the frag up from it.

heheh, they ARE beneficial (detrivors, eating poop and left over food) and CAN BE harmless ( as long as you dont try to pick them up with your fingers.)

that hair algae on the the other hand is certainly detrimental to your reef

you say harmless i gotta disagree my tank had some big suckers in there and they bite and man do they ever aggravate your fingers i dont miss them one bit
