Bristleworms spewing white goo??

I just noticed that all the bristle worms in my tank are trying to climb up the live rock & are spitting out white goo. Now there crawling back down & into the rock. Whats going on here? My tank is all cloudy with worm goo.

I topped up the tank with more water about 1 1/2hrs ago & my camelback shrimp had babies this morning. Could either of cause this?
