Broke MH but still works, OK?

I Broke one of my 250W MH but still works, the outer glass is gone but the light is fine. Is this OK or will it burn the corals?

I would not use it

I have some used 250's if you want one.

It will put uv rays in your tank and kill your corals. I would not use it.

And could damage your eyes, your pet/child's eyes.

If a SE MH bulb + the outside cracks - the UV protection is cracked and it is dangerous IMO.
