broke the holder clips for my nanostream

Hey Now,

I accidentally snapped off the two clips that hold the tunze in place on the inside magnet attachment. Is it possible to order just that one part of the magnet with the two clips that hold the pump in place?

had the same problem this stuff is cheaply made. i ordered the reefpack i asked if it came with the holders and they said yes when i got it it only came with a magnet. well i separated them and like you said the holders broke i glued the magnet inside the media holder and you can glue the other on the outside of the skimmer any where you want i used some fish safe silicone. i actually modified the magnet so i cut it in 4 pieces 2 for each component.

I can send a new clip, you should be able to just connect the new clip to the magnets you have? Can you PM me an address?

I apologise for this problem, the plastic comes out of the mold with a waxy film and if they do not wipe it down sufficiently with alcohol the glue does not adhere. If you would send in the components I can fix them for you. I am sorry you were misadvised, who said holders were included? The Nano Reefpack only includes a magnet holder, perhaps there was some confusion on this point.
