broken koralia

i just got home from work to find my umbrella mushroom stuck in my koralia #4 ... so i turned off the powerhead, removed the mushroom and plugged it back in only to find that the koralia didnt start back up :eek2: .... has anyone else had this problem trying to start them back up after being unplugged for a minute or 2? any suggestions or do u think its done for good?

Twice since I've had mine I noticed one wasn't running.
It started right back up as soon as I touched the impeller.

try taking it apart, cleaning, and making sure the shaft if all lined up and assembled correctly, my problem has always been the shaft getting lined up correctly on the front cover
