I bought a pair of 6045's less than a year ago and today i got a call at work to tell me that one of the pumps had gotten out of its bracket(now in 2 pieces) and had knocked its front shroud off and was cruising the tank in search of stuff to chop up. I quickly told her how to shut it down and upon getting home found the U shaped bracket to be broken in two, and the hanging by the cord. I removed the bracket and thought i would try and repair it. Once i had cleaned it i found 2 more stress cracks forming next to where it was currently broke. So i figure no point to trying to fix it to have it do the same thing in a day or week. When i went to look at the other bracket i noticed the pump at a strange angle. The other pump was half way out of its cracked bracket and getting ready to take off!!! The first one to break had very little cord to work with but the other one had nearly 2 feet so no telling how much damage it was gonna do. So at the moment all i have is my return pump for flow. My LFS said to either call or check here as they didn't have any replacements in stock. Thanks
