Broken nanostream 6025??

Hi Roger,
I bought my nanostream 6025 about a month ago and have been using it about 3 weeks. There are two problems that I’m having with the stream. The first is that it will not start pushing water forward unless I put my hand over the front grill. (I have let it run backwards for up to 5 min with no change.) The second problem is that it is noisy and it rattles all the time. At first I thought it would just need to “break in” but it hasn’t changed since day one.
I have read the post here and it seems that I have a stream with a bad shaft, it feels very lose.
How do I go about getting this replaced?

If you mail it to me we will send a replacement as soon as it arrives. I only need the pump portion if your holder is OK.

Sound good Roger. Please PM the address to ship it to. About how long does it take to get back? I would buy another stream to hold me over but they are out of stock evrywhere.

Hey Roger,
Did you get a chance to send out the motor yet? I just took the stream apart to clean it and the shaft came out and it is now rusted.

I would need more info to answer. I see I sent a PM on the 27th but I don't find a reply. I had asked for a shipping address. Did you send a pump in? What is your full name? Did you email me or contact me any other way than by this post?

Hey Roger,
I got it. Thank you! It is working great now but it is a little noisy. I'll give it a week or two to see if the noise goes away. There was definitely a problem with the old motor block because this new one is pumping out a lot more water.
