broken piece

i bought a osmolater less then a year ago from brs i was cleaning of the magnet and float vaive while doing that i broke the lil clip that holds the float valve to the magnet how can i go about getting a new piece? also i was very badly covered in coraline i think it was fragile. thanks

This piece is not generally available separately but I should be able to get it. It should have 3 clips on the back and it simply plugs into the magnet. Can you possibly post a picture? I have never seen or heard of one breaking.

i already through it out i wasnt thinking of taking a picture of it.. i mean if theres a problem ill rir something up.

I am trying to understand how it broke to be sure we get the right piece and try to understand how this could happen, can I at least get a pic of the magnet holder. In general if the piece was strained all that should happen is it unclips from its mount.

im not even home until monday to take a pic its the lil clip that the float valve screws to ,i spent over $200 on this thing dont even worry about the lil clip im getting questioned like im lying ill make it work smh.. thanks tunze

Nothing unfair or unreasonable has been asked and no accusations have been made, if you want a part sent under warranty, any manufacturer is going to want to know what happened and why and some proof that you own the product.

i under stand the warranty policy im just a lil agravated that its a hassle about a lil plastic clip lol if i would have though tunze might want to see a broken lil clip i would have took a picture but its all good sorry for the attitude ... heres the buy order from brs.
