Broken Tunze CO2 regulator

Hi all i have been trying to reach Mr. Jose Fontao at his extension for over 2 weeks now leaving him messages with no reply and also i tried reachin Mr. Walter Floresguerra at his extension to no avail about 2 weeks ago i ordered the following item # TZ1111 and it came with one of the pressure gauges broken and i have been trying to reach the above two persons but no luck as i dont speak very well english and they are the two spanish speaking representatives that i know that work at MD but they wont respond to my messages at least Mr. Jose doesnt reply back to my messages im a customer who buys thousands of dollars worth of merchandise every year i think i deserve some type of good service but i usually bought my stuff online but since MD changed the website im forced to call in my orders due to the shipping since i live outside of the CONUS the system wont let me order the items i need thru the web site but since i havent got a hold on either of the two persons above i 've been forced to order all of my items at PA since their website lets me order the items without calling in my order i wish that this could be resolved ASAP as i think i wont be ordering any other stuff from them anymore Oh i forgot to mention that i have been ordering from MD for years now but sadly i must find somewhere else i just want to resolve the CO2 regulator problem.

Thank you for your response, I apologize that Jose has not gotten back to you, unfortunately he no longer works in the Customer Services Center, I also haven't received any phone messages from you regarding your situation.

I located your account and noticed that you were able to place an order online on March 5th order number 100363182 shipped to your billing address, unfortunately there are certain items that we are not able to ship abroad.

Unfortunately I was also unable to locate the TZ1111 Tunze Pressure Regulator 7077 / 2 for CO2 in your order history, if you have ordered it thru Marine Depot please provide me with an order number so that I may be able to further assist you.
