Regardless which parasite or bacteria it may be, there is no treatment that won't screw up your tank.
So the first action item is to get this fish out of the display tank and into a hospital tank.
After you caught him you may want to give him a 30 to 45 minute formalin bath in a bucket. This has to be done before he goes into the clean HT.
