Brooklynella?

After seeing small clear-ish bumps on my royal gramma, I thought I had Flukes. After treating the DT with Prazipro (on my 3rd dose over the recommended limit on the last dose) I believe it may be something else. In the pictures I thought my powder blue tang was going through a horrific ick outbreak. After looking at different pictures of Brooklynella, I think I may have brook as the Prazipro isnt working.
I have treated all of these fish in a QT system using Prazipro and Chloroquine Phosphate for two months. I dont know how this happened but it did.
DO I need to treat with Foramlin? I will be removing the corals from the Main Tank as I will not be able to catch the fish. I understand Foramlin will kill my good and bad bacteria. Any advice? I tried to get the best pictures possible.
250gallon DT, 300g total volume. 300lbs of LR.

either brook, or still flukes.

I wouldnt treat the tank with formalin. drain the tank, remove rocks and corals, and move the fish to QT tank. then fill up again.

I would do a short formalin dip, and then put them in QT to be treated. ... dont overdose on formalin.

you could do a fresh water dip too ... to make sure weather its flukes or not.

sorry to see man.

Did you add anything wet to the tank that may have transferred disease?

It could be flukes and given the theory the Prazi may be knocking the flukes back a bit whereas Brook probably would have killed by now. I had great success treating Formalin in QT after Prazipro dosings were not strong enough for my species of flukes, I would not do it in my display though. By the way, Prazi or Formalin won't kill the fluke eggs, so it takes time to end the cycle, but there is a very potent product, DeLos that will eradicate all stages, and sometimes even the fish.

Are the fish breathing heavily? Eating?

+1 on all...do not dose formalin in the DT. Brook is better treated with dips every other day and put fish into a newly cleaned QT. Did you do a FW dip? If flukes or brook formalin will cure both so not a bad idea. I've heard that CP will treat brook but that's not been my experience. I agree with Sarah on all points. I too had to use formalin to cure an angel of flukes. Scientific studies have shown that Prazi is not 100% effective against neobenedenia.
