So the bottom of my QT is starting to turn brown. Like diatom looking brown. But I have no sand.. its just glass? I have a Copperband Butterfly in there and have 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 0 nitrate. Kinda nervous what it is and if the fish will be ok?
CBB has be in QT for 1.5 Weeks. I treated with prazipro as a prevention but the fish was super healthy in the LFS is eating a TON! you can see my other threads about my worry of feeding too much lol..
Sooo option 1 you all inform me this is ok.. as long as my parameters stay in check.
Option 2... I transfer to DT given the fact it has been a super healthy fish in the QT. No signs of stress or sickness.. begs for food as soon as he sees me. ALSO!!! I have no fish in the DT so.. worst case I can treat in the DT or destroy my aqua scape getting him out to treat if a sickness comes about...
So lets hear your thoughts!!
