brown dusty algea?

you know its the same lfs store i have been using for the past 3 years and its never been an issue...never...Ive never had such algea...green hairy yea, who hasnt....this stuff is like dust....dammit.....

i guess ill be buying a tds tester.....

I think i need to up my flow i have a eheim 1262 and 3 mj's i was going to get 2 nano streams as soon as the 6055's come out.

OK, It's friday...

I'm all set to go shopping and get stuff, however....

All the brown stuff is COMPLETELY gone!!! :eek2: even the handfull of dime sized green spots have disappeared. I mean it looks like it did when I first set tank up in january. Is it possible for the tank to 're-cycle'? There have been no additions since getting a small cleanup crew a month ago.

I did do a 10gal water change wednsday.

dont have cal/mag/phos tests
