Brown Midas Blenny

I bought a Midas Blenny a week ago and he has a yellow tail but his body is brown. I know they change color when they're stressed, almost zebra like. But will the body of the Midas Blenny eventually change to yellow or maybe even blue?

Midas Blennys are found both in the Indian Ocean off the east coast of Africa and also in the Pacific. The African Midas Blenny is known for it brighter yellow color rather than its Pacific counterpart which may exhibit more muted colors. You may have the Pacific variety

Then again... My African was brown for a week or two when it was in my QT. He is now in DT and bright yellow. If he is an African variety he just still may be stressed.

Thanks for the info, looks like I may have the Pacific Midas Blenny.
He's been in there for 2 weeks, swimming around, and hasn't change color.
