Brown spots growing on leather corals.

I was away for a week and my leather corals are developing these brown spots. It's early, so they are closed but all looks well, tho nitrates are high. Opinions?

Flatworms. :thumbdown

If the corals can be removed with ease a quick freshwater dip will have the flatworms falling off in a matter of seconds. If not, then you might want to get some airline tubing and siphon out what you can. Using chemicals like Flatwork eXit is another option too. The link below discusses all this in detail I believe.
