brown spots on achilles tang

Are these spots anything to worry about? They just look like skin imperfections. I've had him 22 days. 1 week of just getting him to eat proper (1 cube of pe mysis per day, nori, a tiny bit of pellets some other omega one herb food, enriched brine ect)

He has been treated for flukes with prazipro first one week regular dose, then 50% water change regular dose again 3 days later 50% dose added (no water change).

Planning to eventually transfer him from QT to H to do cupramine treatment, but still no signs of ich, so I might as well just keep fattening him up. He also picks at the rock and I suspect eats macro algae but that could be the snails in the tank. I was thinking he would 100% get ich and 90% die after reading all 65 pages of the primer. It seems most people just threw them in and hoped for the best probably taking out most of their fish with him. I offered him so many different foods so many different times he seems to be doing well cruising and eating. No more scratching but I do see what looks like 3 dead flukes on him one pictured.

Sorry about the crud in the photo just did a water change.

Don't know about the brown spots, but is that Lympho I'm seeing on his dorsal fin? Or is that just something in the background?

I really can't see much; but if the little pitted areas around the eye appear on the fish as they do in the pic, it could be HLLE.

Your observation on people just throwing fish in and hoping for the best is very true (IMO & IME). Ignoring a QT regimen kills a lot of fish and drives a lot of folks out of the hobby. Achilles tangs don't have to be hard to keep; but they demand the quarantine, an ich-free DT, and the no-hurry approach you're taking. They are not a fish for beginners or hobbyists with the "that's good enough" attitude.
