Brown Spots on Domino Damsel

I'm not sure if this is a type of a disease but my domino damsel has brown spots on both sides of around its eyes. It swimming around like normal and eating fine. You can kind of see it in the picture.

I'm not sure that's what it is, i looked up some pictures of it and doesn't look like that. But, i guess it could be.

It is possible of just random discoloration of the scales?

It looks like the beginning of hlle. Is it possible to get a clearer photo?

Thats the best picture i can get, but the spots are going away
