brown sps progression pics

hey all-
have some shots of a browned out wild sps i picked up for $5...
1st is 3-3 -2010, notice the start of STN at the base, and center?
2cd is 4-4 -2010, cut to 3 pieces and glued to rock
3rd is 8-15-2010, left in back of tank i have been seeing new growth/color. finally pulled it out, where i could see it (before could only see the tip) ...viola!!!
pic doesn't do color justice, but you get the idea!

dunno-
bought it looking all hagard from LFS, just to see what it would be (if it lived!)
still hasn't come to full color, i'm sure...
