Brown String from BTA Mouth

I was reading in the FAQ on Anemones because this morning I saw from my BTA a brown stringy stuff coming from its mouth. It does state that there is something wrong with the anemone when this happens.

I fed him yesturday evening, and again this morning there was this stuff. He doesnt look bad at all, just this stuff from his mouth.
What is the cause of this? It says its due to stress or injury. I have noticed that my hermits have been hanging around its base from time to time, and I try to remove them with a stick. I think I poked him yesturday near his base accidentally. Not hard, was just trying to move my zebra hermit from the base of him. I did see the BTA flinch though at one point. I feel bad and am worried. Need some reasurance he is going to be ok.

I've read that FAQ thing too and it made me all worried. Then I found karens page and now I am feeling better. You should go to karens page. Brown stuff will come out of its mouth. BTA's only have only one way in and out. They get rid of waste from their mouth. As long as your bta is eating I wouldn't worry too much.
Here is the link to karens page..
