Brown stringy stuff coming from anemone...

Hello, there is a very dark colored brown stringy stuff coming from my anemone. It happens for about five minutes once a day usually when the halides have been on for a while. One person told me it's anemone poop. Is this normal? Thanks

it is totally normal, just getting rid of waste.

how often do you feed? what type of anemone is it?
