Haven't gotten much feedback.
If I may ask. How do you get rid of them?
Or at least cut down the number of them?

Definitely use Flatworm Exit. I've heard of people siphoning up as many of them as they can before using Flatworm Exit, but I'm not sure how well that works.

Ok so it's flatworm..
I'm not getting the instant messaging when y'all replied.
As for the chemical control, from what I have read can kill off beneficial worms.
I have also read that the blue velvet nudebranch is an amazing natural way to eradicate them. Also the use of six-line wrasse is a great choice.
Has anyone gone this route?

I have at least four different kinds in my tank. The only ones that are causing any problems are AFEW, which I don't think from the picture that is. I've never seen the AFEW on the glass. The biggest thing to me is if I give anything to anyone I let them know so they can dip or chose not to get anything from me.

Thanks for the reply.
I don't see they are doing any harm to anything. But they are getting to be an eye sore. It seems that they migrate in the tank literally in circles covering the glass and rock. The only difference that I noticed is that I don't notice my reef bugs at night now.

I'm not a big fan of chemical removal because I had a bad experience with flat worm exit, and it didn't work. If you don't have a wrasse it would be a good idea to get one. It will keep the numbers way down. I had a six line and than a yellow coris wrasse and the only place I saw any kinds of groups of them is in the sump.

Thanks for the reply.

Based on your join date, my guess is that this is a transient population boom that will subside on its own. So you may want to wait before trying to treat or adding a fish.

They're at least partially photosynthetic and do not eat coral. The only time they're a real problem for corals is if the population gets high enough to block light from your corals.

How big is your tank and what fish and corals do you have?

Thanks for the assurance.
30 gal hex with 29 gal sump. Will name or try to name all corals later. I'm at work.
