I have this taking over my tank.... I have fragged it but it seems like it comes back thicker then when I fragged it. Is there anything I can do to control it?
that is what I thought... I am getting ready to rebuild my 125 and I want to clean it up a bit and get rid of some of it if not all of it. I have it every where on the glass on the over flows on some corals... this stuff is killing me....... I guess I will pull out the rock and scrub it. Indoreefer you can have all that you want.... I am in Kendo every wed. night in Norman. I can have some ready for you next wed. If you want to meet up. I have class from 6:30- around 8 p.m.
Make lots of frags and bring them to the next COMAS meeting. There are always folks who would love to take a frag home. Also, you might see if any LFS are interested in buying some chunks.
Look at this as an opportunity to help people out and maybe make a chunk of change.
If you can post a picture we might be able to identify it for a Donor program. Xenia species is difficult to determine besides the obvious ones. There is a chance that the Xenia in question is already a donor list. It might be the Pulsing Xenia (not the Pom Pom Xenia)
I have the pink the pink pulsing and the brown pulsing... My camera is in the shop as soon as I get it back I will post pics of them. I need to frag both.
