What is 2 level dry measuring cups? Can I use 2 liquid measuring cups instead?

The cup should not be wet.

According to Google they hold the same volume, so yes you can use the liquid measuring cups just make sure they are dry and the powder is level with the top.

The dry measure cups are such that you fill it to the top and level the top with a straight edge or knife.

I mixed the same amount every time to the point of slightly under super saturated. Then I just adjust the timer based on the PE on my canary sps and the KH level.

I weigh it instead. Much faster and more repeatable.

The key is to be consistent from batch to batch.
