Try raising your magnesium levels to get rid of the Bryopsis, it worked like a charm for me. Do a search here on RC there is a good thread on it. (sorry do not have the link)

well i have to admit with either a combination of magnesium or vodka my algae has slowed down

It will slow down, but never really gone!!!! It will come back to haunt you if you miss a dose!!!! Trust me I've gone through the magnesium stuff and it's very harsh on your inverts! The only thing that really keeps it down was my fish. Another thing is the Vodka dosing, I would really like to try, but I've been so busy with work and all my other 100 or so projects keeps me pretty busy..... Let me know how that Vodka dosing works out for ya, I know several others have tried it with success. I would try any method once...lol
