Bta and H2O Change! OOPS! Need Help!

I just did my biweekly H2O change using premixed RO and my BTA flipped out. It was doing well and had eaten twice since purchase a few days ago but when I did my H2O change he schrivelled (s.p.?) to the size of a snow pea and debulbed. Should I be worried? Has this happened to you. All other inhabitants of the tank are fine.

there have been a few times at night, the BTs on it shriveled up so small. I thought it was dead. within an hour it was back to normal.
I think it may have something to do with pooping

Seems normal to me. My bta curls up in a little ball and then comes back out an hour late like sk8r said.

All is well! Today he is back to the proper size and he did eat again. As usual it is what it is.
