BTA and lemon peel angel

I've recently added a lemon peel angel to my 55 Gallon Corner tank. Around the same time my clown took to my BTA. For about a week everything was fine, however recently my BTA has been moving about the tank and hasn't looked healthy.

I think the angel fish may be to blame as Ive seen it nip at it a couple times. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening short of removing the Angel?

Lemonpeels are probably the worst offenders in the dwarf angel family. I don't think anything has been proven to curb their sampling/nipping

This surprises me as I would think the clown would be territorial of the BTA. Does the clown try to protect it? I can't suggest anything about the angel except feed it at least twice a day.
