BTA and Maroon clown

Hi about a week ago i bought a BTA for my maroon clown but it he has yet to go in it. The anemone is healthy and has nice bubbles on the tips. Does anyone know of any tricks to convince the clown go into it? thanks.

time mostly. some people have talked about the following:

1) feed the anemone lots of hikari mysis shrimp. the clown will come over to investigate and eat and see the anemone

2) chase the clown around the tank with a turkey baster till it gets near the anemone and then stop. she will come to know the anemone as a safe place.

3) take one of the plastic clown fish nori clips and place it next to the anemone. The clown will see this "other clown" and you hope for "clown see clown do".

thanks ill try it. i feed the anemone mysis but the clown just looks at it. (not so smart). thansk again

you kidding right? The clown should be snapping up the mysis like crazy. I never met a clownfish that wasn't a pig in a swim suit.

oh no the clown loves the mysis, but when its in the anemone he wont touch it.

hmmm.. id say use the clownclip.
