BTA care water flow and lighting questions

I've done some reading and know generally what to do to keep anemones.
I can't find anything on these specific questions though. Any advice would be helpful.

I know that BTAs need water flow. Right now, the only flow I have is from the water rolling off of a Supreme Skilter 250. There's enough flow that I can see the water circulating around the surface. Is that enough, or do I need to buy a powerhead?

Right now, all I'm using for lighting is a standard fluorescent (the fixture and bulb were previously used in a freshwater tank and provided enough UV to make plant in it live). I have a 30 gallon tank, but it's not very deep; it's 36 inches across. Is that sufficient, or do I need to buy a special one? I live in Florida, so it would be a problem if I had to buy one of those high output lights that give off lots of heat, because then I'd probably need to buy a chiller too.

While I'm at it, here's a (bad) picture of my anemone. Do you know what specific kind it is? Do you know what its feeding tentacles would look like? It looks like it has its mouth open now, and I could be imagining longer tentacles. I'm not sure what they'd look like. Thanks.

Not enough flow and not enough or even the right type of light. Here's a few of my Rose BTA's.

Herp derp, meant to post the link. Sorry. https://www.*spammy*/r/Aquariums/comments/5kfnz6/what_type_of_anemone_is_this/?st=ix9dwsc7&sh=4540b536 Just replace the *spammy* with reddit's domain. (I guess you have a spam problem even with all your anti-bot measures when an account is created. I hate that "spammers gotta spam"...:()

I have a shallow tank with live rocks that come close to surface, so it seems like that could be enough since there's so little water to be penetrated. It also seems like it could be the right kind of light since it had enough UV to sustain a tank full of plants. Why won't it work? And what would you recommend I get? I don't really have the money to get an LED setup, and a high-intensity fluorescent as I understand it usually causes a heating problem. I usually my have air-conditioning set to 78, (and it's off at night, but the light would be too) so do you think it would cause a problem?

What about flow? Is it just not optimal, or do I really need to get a powerhead?

Thanks for any advice.

Do you currently own an anemone or looking at one you'd like to get? There is no picture. If you don't have the anemone yet I'd suggest holding off until you learn more about them and get an established tank going.

If you already have one then you need to get to reading and getting the right equipment quickly. There's a decent Anemone FAQ in this sticky

I currently own one. The guy at the store made it sound like anemones were pretty easy to keep, and I didn't ask him enough about specific needs and foolishly waited until after I got one to do any research on them.

There's a picture now. It's a bad one and the anemone is much healthier than it looks in it. I'd give you a better picture, but the anemone likes the one area of the tank where it can't easily be seen"”and I'm not moving it for awhile.
