Need some opnions

I was able to feed him a couple days ago but I think he regurgitated his food this morning as what looked to be his food was just hanging out of his stomach

I just checked him again and he looks worse possible dead. I ran my finger down the side of his body (very lightly) and his foot started to peel off the rocks..
I think hes in anemone heaven but I guess I just need a second opinion.

So, I took him out of my DT and put in in a bowl, after I was done putting my rocks back I went to th bowl and observed him for a bit..I saw minor movement of the foot
but this is what bothers me
I took him off the rock extremely easily, I didn't feel any resistance what soever

Looks way too small for that gargantuan clown.. was he hosting?

No :)

When hes fully deflate like that you can fit him in a shot glass and have some room left over..
When he's fully inflated his parameter is about the same as a solo cup.

ps the clown isn't huge, he was just closer to the camera :)

Give the nem a smell....... If he smells like the fish tank throw him back in the tank, if you smell it and it makes you want to vomit...... Then throw it in the toilet. I have seen a few bta's come back and do great that have looked far worse than that beleive it or not, bta's are very resiliant almost bullet proof IMO. Give it some time, if it starts to smell real bad throw it out.

Good luck!

As said above, smell it and if it's dead then you'll certainly know about it. The fact that you were able to touch it and pick it up and keep it intact tells me that it's still salvageable. I'd recommend putting it back in the tank and seeing how it goes. It's quite surprising what those little guys can go through.

I wouldn't go as far as to flush it..kind of rough. :(

Would you suggest leaving in a bowl on the side of the bed..... LOL
If it is dead.... you will know by the smell, better to flush it than throw it in the trash and stink up the house.

I put him back in the tank, he attached to a empy snail shell, some of its tenticles inflated with his stomach fully exposed, I tred to put a very veyr small peice of silverside in his tenticles but it blew away a couple times..
Would trying to feed him be a good thing at this time and point?

I didn't know mine was dead until it was mush. The tenticles actually fell OFF (and I DID vomit when I smelled it ><). I'd say leave it alone and see what happens. Don't try to feed it or move it around, it'll just get more stressed.

Just curious, how long did you have it?
