In a 30 gallon tank, any tang is likely to be underfed and consequently weak. Most probable situation was the bonded pair of clownfish chased the tang into the anemone. In a 30 gallon tank, that situation will likely reoccur.

From what I can see in the video the clowns aren't so much rubbing in or swimming through the anemone as they are swimming around it. Looks like they are definitely interested in the anemone but don't seem to get close enough to it to actually touch it. Then again, if I was watching something eat an animal whole that's twice my size I'd keep at a fair distance too.
