I got a green BTA about 4 days, i put it in between some rock, over the night, he went under a rock, and attached to it, in a spot where he recieved little to no light. I tried getting it off, and putting it in a more light area, but it would not come loose. It's not really extending alot, and i'm not real sure what else to do. I did flip the rock that he was on over, so it could get more light. water params are good, and i've got 1-MJ400, and a Aquaclear 70, and a filter putting out about 150gph. It's not gettting blown areound alot. the bulbs in the lights are good, brand new lighting system. Any help appreciated.

A few thoughts:

1) That is likely way too little flow for your tank, in addition your Aquaclear will very likely suck your anemone up in the future at some point.

2) Let your anemone do it's thing. It knows what it needs/wants a lot better than you do :) If it's hiding or moving, it's for a reason. It sounds as though you attempted to physically remove it. NEVER EVER do that! The best you can do is get it to move on it's own via a few various ways.

3) What type of lighting do you have?

4) How long as the tank been setup? (I see a smaller tank, 2 months experience, and a BTA... a likely failure, sorry)

5) Paramaters?
