BTA in trouble, Or just Acclimating???

New BTA I got on Wednesday. Has been fine, was fully inflated this morning, but when I got home it was deflated. I am sure this is just the acclimation process, but I dont also want a dead nem in my tank if thats the case. It is still retaining it's beautiful neon green color with pink/purple tips. Also, just checked water parameters and everything is fine.

Please advise!!

I'd say acclimating. Mine did the same thing a couple of days after being introduced... scared the hell outta me too! :D

I just recently bought a beautiful RBTA and I thought for sure it was dying, everynight. For about a week and a half I went through this, then lastnight I found this website that helped me understand what was happening. (fyi.......I really am not a novice at this, I have had my ritteri for 4 years now, in the hobby for 14)

deflating and reflating is actually somewhat normal.

Whenever anything deflates or goes limp, that is an emergency in my book! I joke, not sure why the deflate like that, but I tend to believe it is their way cleansing their internal environment.
