BTA lighting requirments

hey guys,

How much total wattage would you need for a BTA in a 55 gal reef tank? I am upgrading from 4x65w PC to T5 4X54w SLR / Icecap. Would that be enough light ?

I am ordering a T5 retro setup from reefgeek.com. I am debating if I should get the regular Icecap or the VHO overdrive one. Do you think If I get the VHO, would that cause any bleaching or harm the nem?

regular Icecap= 261 W and VHO = 340w
