bta missing definitely injured need help!!!

I added a bta to my 120 last Wednesday .... usual stuff .... attached itself and sat put for a couple of days .... Sunday night it decided to roam around the tank.... next day I saw a couple of tentacles around .... the nem has disappeared since then ...I didn't find a body yet
What should I do next

it is probably just hiding behind some live rock. It will re-appear in a few days. Sometimes they do this when they are stressed or when they are ready to split. They have a mind of their own and will find a spot they like to stay in and reside there, whether you like it or not. It will show itself in a few days
